Default Do you need a Humminbird 4000/2000 Transducer/Power Cord?

Not sure if any of you remember me from a couple of years ago. I used
to have a 76 Steury and had a world of problems with it. Thanks to
this group and some of the great answers I got here we had some great
times on the water. My old username was SSCS and my boat was called
UBOTAWAT. I was in California and enjoyed the Delta. I now live in FL
and bought a used 92 Four Winns 180 Freedom. I am going to take it out
for the first time tomorrow in Lake Poinsett located out the back of
Cocoa. I got the water pump impeller replaced and the oil changed gave
the engine a shade tree tuneup and put some water to it. It fired up
the first time and it purrs like a... Ah you have heard it before. If
we catch some bass tomorrow I will put them up on my website. Well I
am going to close for now and tip my hat to some old friends if they
are still here.

If you are interested in the Transducer and Powercord you can find
them here.

Why do people who obviously have NO use for the dam thing put a
reserve on the ****?

My bank sent out a warning recently to its customers about credit card
fraud being committed by some sellers on ebay.

Sorry I should have posted it, reserve is $25... The only reason I do
that is in case it slips through the cracks and only one person bids
on it. It is cheaper to start the bid low and put a reserve than it is
to just set the starting bid @ 25. I know... it is the only way to
play ebays game.

HK... I have no idea how to commit credit card fraud and my desire not
to spend jail time really has a huge impact on me not wanting to.
Besides my 99.7 aproval rating shows I am trustworthy.

Well we took the new/used boat out and found that the seals in the
lower unit are bad... Bummer... Looks like I will be spending a few
more $ on it until it is right. Cool thing is I get to teach my kids
how a lower unit works... Ug. "Daddy I don't know where that jagged
thing, I was playing with, is". I just hope that the short time that
I ran it to get back to the trailer did not cause much damage...

Happy boating
JV

I did not state or imply that you engaged in cc fraud. I said my bank
issued a warning to its customers to be wary of ebay and paypal because
of cc fraud.

The reserve is only $25. It is cheaper to list @ a low starting bid
and put a reserve than it is to start the bidding out @ 25. Sorry it
is the game that ebay plays.

My feedback rating will tell you that I am not looking to steal
anyones credit card...

Happy boating.

See it didn't go for 40... you could have had it for 37 bucks...

Thanks to all that looked.

I'd be delighted to give anyone here a $3.00 discount off the sale price
of my Parker. :} Or, if you're one of the good guys/gals here, a much
better discount!
