Take the cash and run. Really.
At your age (my age), it's pretty much a sure thing, especially with the
economy heading into the tank. You wanted to move south...go for it.

Nah.

I like this place and I want to turn it over to the kids at some
point. That was the original intention when we entered into the
no-development agreement in the first place.

Besides, we already have a place down south.
