Well, those on rec.boats.cruising or http://www.bcboatnet.org know I'm
selling my beloved Catalina 36, Far Cove. Plan is to downsize, probably to
an Islander 28. Problem is, I probably won't be buying the Islander until
fall/winter. So: first summer in 30 years without a cruising sailboat???


I saw an Oday 22 on a trailer for $2800 ( complete with a $1000 CB radio,
supposedly... ). Thought it might be fun to fix her up a bit, gunkhole
around the Gulf Islands in her... reminds me of my first cruising boat, a
Venture 22.

So: any Stories of Oday 22s? Are they really slower than a Columbia 22?
