A few days ago I listed a 1982 O'Day 28 with a saildrive for under 10K. Today I
inspected the boat carefully and found more problems than expected. The boat IS Solid and can be redone by someone with some skills and focus, but the interior needs work. I will be posting pics shortly and this boat will go for an asking price of 7.5K. Her glass is in good shape, but the cushions are tired and her fabric wall liners had water leaked on them. She can be brought back to beautiful O'Day status, but it will take a bit of work! Contact me vai e-mail or call 718-757-7114. The boat is on City Island and I'm showing her tomorrow. If anyone seeks something more turnkey...http://hometown.aol.com/spindrift1862/page1.html I'll have pics of the Oday up shortly. I'm NOT a broker, BTW. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- rec.boats.marketplace is a moderated newsgroup.
