Default How much below MSRP?

Great choice in boats. I'm sure you'll love it. I have an '06 230SX HO, and
couldn't be happier. The problem with the Yamahas, is that there just aren't
that many of them to be had, so it's a supply and demand type thing. I
managed to get the MSRP on my boat "out the door." That was probably a
couple of grand in savings. I tried for more, but they wouldn't budge, and
it was the only HO they had in stock. I suggest trying for the same deal,
and see how it goes. Where in CA are you?

After 2 years of looking and not buying, I am looking at finally
purchasing
my first boat. I am looking at a 2007 Yamaha SX210 jetboat with a MSRP of
$28,
399 in California. Never having made a purchase like this before I am not
sure where to start with the haggling. After all the "S" does mean
suggested!
Of course on top of this is frieght, taxes, prep etc. I'm not looking to
get
it for free but I also don't want to be taken advantage of because I have
never made this purchase before.
