I start it up. and it doesn't want to idle, the bottom carb has a brass nipple in the throat that angles toward the front of the boat, it looks like gas is bubbling out of there and dripping down the front of the carb. What do I need to do? And what causes this? Jerry If it's the overflow from the bowl, it shouldn't be dripping down the carb on a boat. It should be plumbed back to the inlet side of the fuel pump. You really don't want raw gas leaking into the bilge of your boat. Eisboch Excuse me all to hell. I just noticed and read the subject. It's an outboard. Forget what I said. Eisboch |
