Default Old Town Osprey 140 or 155

I'm considering the Old Town Osprey 140 or 155. Mostly one adult and
one child, occasionally a second adult. No whitewater, mostly lakes for
paddling and fishing. Occasionally solo, so weight seems a factor
(especially with the center seat / rowing, so not as easy portage).
Should I "definitely" go with one length or the other?
