Default Trim Issue/Wired Incorrectily Maybe

That sounds like the bennett setup. I have a set of their tabs and
there is 4 colored wires from the hydralic pump going to the control.
You have to also run 12v+ to the switch and ground the hydralic pump.
One of the wires runs the pump forward, tabs down. The other runs the
pump backward, tabs up. The other two wires open the little solenoid
valves that aer on the outlets to each tab. That lets you move the
tabs independently. The wires simply plug into the connections on the
back of the silver switch but I don't know which wire goes where, might
be labeled on the back of the switch.

I can't help you with the wire connections because my switch crapped
out and I replaced it with a regular dpdt momentary contact switch,
$4.99, from radio shack. Not wanting to pay bennett $60 for another
switch.

engine up to front of boat but are not hooked up?
