Default Trolling Motor Chooice???

Had 2 MinnKotas including a remote control--they both sucked big time.
My new remote control Motorguide is wayyy better and always goes where
the remote tells it to--unlike the MK. Also found the MK support
people to be total assholes when you report problems with their
products.

That's odd. I had a Motorguide that was trouble from the day I had it,
and there customer service was next to nothing. That piece of crap
first broke after using it for two hours. Okay, send it to Motorguide,
they "fix" it, send it back, used it twice, third time, same thing,
something in the circuit board kept going bad. Send it back, again they
"fix" it, same thing happened AGAIN. Now, when I suggested they either
give me a full refund, or send a NEW unit back to me, the customer
support people just absolutely refused to do that. I sold it. I bought
a MinnKota, and still have it, and have never, ever had a problem with
it.
