Default Trolling Motor Chooice???

It really depends on what you are trolling for, and how much. For
fishing for bass around docks, banks and other structure, you can't
beat a bow mounted electric trolling motor, of which Minn Kota is my
favorite. If you are going to be trolling for landlocked salmon,
walleye, lake trout, etc. where you'll be trolling constantly, it'd be
nice to have a 5 hp kicker.
