Default Question for those of you that are in marinas

All the "No's" in a "fairly sparsely populated area on the
Intercoastal(sic) Waterway?" If you have problems, why not address
them directly.

Otherwise, why not set up a gated marina, create slip restrictions,
and establish a slip owners association? Then the stage will be set
for all of the drama that you'd like to create.....

Almost impossible to gate unless the homeowners vote to do it in
conjunction with the marina.

Thanks everybody..

Any other suggestions?
