point ever made was that lying about sex is on quite a different scale than

Yup, lying does come easy to him. ;-) The quail stamp is a new licensing
feature, only having been around for the past 5 months. It doesn't appear
that Cheney got any special treatment, as warning citations are the common
result of this lapse.
