me before too. He has been caught RED HANDED passing off internet photos

had. He then quickly fabricated a story about some mysterious sale of
the boat. I kinda feel sorry for the guy. His only life seems to be on

Yesterday, I had a great day on the boat. Picked up some chicken, slaw and
potato salad and headed up to the lake. Did a little work on the boat,
draining the fresh water lines and filling the lines with Pink Stuff. I
then headed out for a beautiful day on the lake. Read a book, eat some
lunch and got some sun. I have always though fall is the best time of the
year. It is very quiet on the lake and it is more comfortable than the
summer. I am still approximately 30 days from Winterizing the engine. If
there is a unexpected freeze, I can winterize the engine in less than 2 hrs.

I disagree, John. I think that if an elected official votes in favor of
the war, whether to signify agreement or to provide funding, that
person's
kids should be the first to enlist. They should have 7 days to do this,
or
be arrested. People who voted for a candidate who declared the war -
same
thing. Off with their children, or the voters themselves, if they're
otherwise eligible for service (age & health). A little over half the
country voted for Nookular Boy. Take away those who are too old to
serve
or have no kids and I'd imagine we could still come up with
what.....maybe
10-20 million new soldiers? End of recruiting problem.

ground, the latter would have all the lightweight effective body armor
it needed, along with all the armored vehicles it needed, and it would
be spending as much on intel as it does on the overwrought contracts it
hands out.

The military spends its money as it is told to do so by civilians.

I've stated what my opinion was. I said nothing of a 'jihad'. You need to ask
Len where he came up with the idea.

I would agree with you that what started the riots is similar to the race riots
of the 60's. It's more proof that a welfare state doesn't work for long.
(Although it will allow the check writers a degree of popularity for a short
time.)

I made no comment about what the military leadership (the generals) were worried
about. The military went to war with what they had, as they usually do. The
military budget is not approved by military leaders, but is approved by
Congress. The budget presented to Congress has gone through a passel of
civilians before it ever got to Congress.
