Default Rigging an old Sunfish

I was recently given an old sunfish (probably eary 1970s) with some of
the hardware missing, so I am trying to figure out what to buy and how
to rig it. I have a few questions:
1) How does the halyard attach to the upper boom?
2) Is there any hardware that holds the upper boom to the mast or is
the halyard the only thing doing that?
3) I purchased two mainsheet blocks (#43114) that attach to the lower
boom, but I don't know how to attach them to the boom. My boom has 1
hole for each block. The hole goes all the way through the boom, so
I'm guessing some kind of bolt or eye-bolt goes through it. Looking
at the #43114 blocks I ordered, it's unlclear to me how to attach them
to the boom.
4) How does the sail attach to the end of the booms - I think this is
called the outhaul? Near the end of each boom is a hole that goes all
the way through the boom; I suspect there used to be an eye-bolt or
something. The boom cap on the end is just a rounded dome, there is
no place to run the outhaul line through the cap, which I think the
way it's done on models more recent then mine.

Default Rigging an old Sunfish

Greetings,

Here is a pdf file that shows great detail. Have fun with the boat. I
learned to sail in a Sunfish. Good memories.
