Default A bad case of tiller elbow

Our 15 yr old son has joined the local crew (rowing) team and although
its expensive, the idea is that it will get him exposed to some a
better group than he was in last year. As the crew practices on a lake
at a local park and I sometimes take him and we had good wind today,
thought it was a good day for a MiniCup sail. So, while he laboriously
rowed, I sailed back and forth. Only once did I ship water over the
sides but unlike Sean Penn I did not have my personal photographer so
you will just have to take my word for it.
When we had packed up and were driving away, my sone exclaimed how sore
he was all over so I said "I know what you mean, I have a bad case of
tiller elbow" He smiled instead of doing the usual teen sulk so maybe
all this is working.
