Now that is service. My experience with Raytheon Marine/Raymarine has always been top shelf. Glad to hear the great service your local shop gave you. Well, it would appear I was a tad premature although the service was top notch. I just took the tin boat out on a local lake, fired up the RC400 and got the same software error which locked up the RC400 - I can't reset it even. I'll have to have a talk with the software people tomorrow. I've got a feeling it's the Navionics Hotmaps software that's causing the lockup - I never had the problem with the normal marine software. I'll talk to Navionics tomorrow also - this is getting annoying. So what was the "delivery charge" on that boat Tom? g I drove it up there for a tank charge - basically what I used in fuel plus 30% for the return trip. The delivery, loading/unloading trailer training, orientation, and the two hour run around the bay, $250. It was fun. C-Map is the way to go. |
