I have a small boat: 18' CC. It's really just big enough for 2-3 people
to walk around. But when you start adding gear, it starts getting in
the way. I plan to add rod holders to my T-top to get them out of the
way. I'll probably put my outriggers up top as well. Any good
suggestions for efficient storage?

What make? I just want to see a picture of it. Does it have a swim platform? I
put a couple eye bolts through the back of a cooler and it stays on the swim
platform when I'm fishing. I tie it to the back with 3/8" nylon through the
lifting eyes on the boat.

We did the same thing when we had our 27 footer, not only for fishing but
for extended cruises.

you have a cooler in front of the console? That's usually a pretty good spot,
