My Marina is the same, they don't "Officially" open till May 1st, but I just
left there and there are already two boats in the water!! I talked with one
owner and he's been in for 2 weeks! I live in Windsor, On, that's across the
River from Detroit, MI.

Cool! I have some family living in Windsor! Very nice town. What a contrast
to Detroit!
