On a more technical note, I haven't had a new two cycle yard toy in some time. They sure as hell start a lot easier than they used to. My John Deere string trimmer, about 10 years old, always surprises the heck out of me. Took it out of storage yesterday, the tank was dry, topped it off with 32:1, and it started on the first pull... no primer on this one, just a choke. My Homelite with choke & primer never does this. Only the 1972 Johnson 6hp will do this too... Rob |
