Hi all,

I've got my eye on a Com-Pac 16 and an O'Day Mariner 19. I'd like
opinions on which is the better buy, specifically with speed in mine.

Are you kidding The Mariner will not only sail rings around the
Comp-Pac 16, it'll do it dragging a bucket. The cabin is probably a bit
roomier, too. The Com-Pac is a very "shippy" looking little boat though.
Maybe you can put some bronze portholes on the Mariner and capture some
of the same look.

A friend of mine with a Com-Pac painted gunports along the side. It
looked perfect.

I had a Com-Pac 16 with a Merc 250 on it. It went 120 easy.
