Default Question about a "Six Pack" license...

As far as I know, and I just did a quick search of the NE states,
there isn't a specific "guides" license.

Only hunting and fishing.

All the West coast states require a guide license. You have to have
insurance, CPR training, and keep a log of catches.

Actually, that's kind of a good idea if you are doing it
professionally. In particular the log thing.

Is the log sent in to a central data collection point?

is the link to the Calif guide fishing license application. Notice it says
you have to have a USCG license if boat guiding.
