I've serviced MercCruiser for many years (too many - I gotta get a new line
of work) and I've seen most 4 cylinders make the temp gauge read exactly 175. I'd say your toy is working perfect. wrote in message ... Any problem here? The book says the 3.0 thermostat is 160 degrees. Mine right out of the box has always run at 175. What does yours run? Faulty gauge maybe? Thanks, Helmer |
