A neighbor of mine Has one. He's spent thousands on making it more
accomodating. Including upgrading the seats to gain storage space
the size of a glovebox. A fender for the rear wheel. It's so low
you have to crawl into it. It's a head turner but I wouldn't want
one if it was given to me.

There were at least a hundred at that rally, all a little different
and some had a whole lot of custom work done. It was pretty much a
cult from what I saw. They had tags from a couple dozen states
represented. One day they had a get together in a big field and it was
Slingshots as far as the eye could see.
It looked like something you might like to rent for a day and ride
around but I agree, not something I want to own.
I never had the Harley trike thing either when they were popular. I
got most of that out of my system with my dune buggy.
