His mouth and the liberal media cost him the election. Biden has a nice mouth
and the liberal media. That'll cost the country.

Nice mouth? You haven't been watching his infrequent unscripted encounters
with real people.

By 'nice', I meant smoothly liberal!

I'm sure they are but not exactly main stream media in that part of
the world. Trump is his own worst enemy on media of any kind. After
listening to a few minutes of his unhinged rants most rational people
would conclude that there's something wrong there. And they did, no
help from the media required.

That seems like an odd thing to say. Trump's "mouth" and his behavior
are one and the same. Media reported the behavior for all to see, all

There have been reports that throngs of folks are fleeing California and

Say you had a gardener who kept your property looking like a showplace but
lacked communication skills. Would you kick him to the curb and hire a guy
who talked a good game but fell asleep on the job and never accomplished
anything?

The EC functions as it did when this was a small, compact country with
an equally small population. I can't think of another "modern" country
where the head of government is selected by other than who gets the most
votes. I also don't think sparsely populated states should have the same
number of U.S. Senators as California, Texas, Florida, New York, et
cetera. There's no reason why the vote of an individual in North Dakota
should have the same number of U.S. Senators to access as an individual
in Texas.

Truly spoken like the east coasters that the states were worried about
when they had those provisions put in the constitution. We did not
want a feudal society where the people in the castle ruled the rest of
the country. We left Europe and had a bloody revolution to get away
from that.

Actually there is a reason - it ensures that all regions of the
country are represented equally - exactly as intended.

Actually, all the EC does is represent real estate, not people.

Since the people who choose to occupy that real estate and feed you
deserve representation too, it is exactly what I said. A departure
from the feudal system.
Without the Senate and the EC, nobody would pay any attention to the
middle of the country and the government would be controlled by about
a third of the states.

14th amendment section 1

privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States..."

There is a case to be made that the 14th amendment would extend the
federal "immunity" of a presidential pardon to the state laws.

As far as I know it has never been litigated and this is just the guy
to do it ... with a "constitutionalist" friendly SCOTUS.
