Extending Health span / life span
I've heard several podcasts and interviews where the doc or researcher
said they take Metformin for it's health span / life span effects and some of the preventative effects. There are lots of articles, but many are either you need to give info or pay for. I don't even take the whole, low dose pill. My instructions are to cut it in half and take half a bill daily. I am not diabetic according to blood tests but am not as low as a 30 year old.
