I've been taking a very low dose Meformin pill daily now for over a
year. I don't even take the whole, low dose pill. My instructions
are to cut it in half and take half a bill daily.

I am not diabetic according to blood tests but am not as low as a 30
year old. The PA I go to recommended this low dose regiment to
aid in preventing diabetes as I grow older.
