Yes, Cuomo is suggested it be pursued, but he isn't promoting it as a
cure just around the corner, as Trump has. Cuomo understates, Trump
overstates.


Not so. Trump specifically said, "Maybe it will work, maybe it won't,
but what do we stand to lose".
