I don't know. Saw a guy interviewed who has written books on insider
trading.

He says what they did doesn't come close to being illegal.
He said it certainly will raise eyebrows, but it's not illegal.

Swamp people tend to look out for their own. That's what is going
to make Trump's promise of draining the swamp so difficult, but,
if anyone can do it it's Trump. Electing Biden would just be
adding more sludge to the mix.
