This flu season has been the worst in nearly a decade according to the
NYTimes. Predictions are that it will soon bypass the 2014-2015 flu
season which was also particularly bad in terms of deaths and
hospitalizations.

I got one at the recommendation of the VA doc. Mrs.E. did not get one,
but she doesn't have the flu, just a bad cold.

I heard that the vaccine used for this year's flu strain is only 10-30
percent effective.
