Not according to many GOP members in the House or Senate. Not all care
much for Trump but they give him credit for understanding economics and
for influencing many to vote for the tax bill.

I don't usually watch much Fox but I do record the NBC and CNN Sunday
shows. Sometime I am not through them all until the middle of the
week.
