I think that sums up my feelings too.
I got everything I could have expected out of college from the
military and perhaps a lot more because I got a healthy dose of
discipline and the desire to do better. I went from being that guy
who did what he needed to get by in school to a guy who was always at
the top of my class. The military rewards that far more than civilian
schools do. It served me well throughout the rest of my life.
