One of the job requirements then seems to be idiocy. There's nothing new about reporters going on in storms to do their jobs. Be idiot enough to stand in a hurricane force wind for a photo op. Get s stop sign in the body. Get a tree branch stuck in you. At leas the ABC guy was smart enough to broadcast from a building protected area. Was his reporting less because he did not stand in a wind tunnel? Reporters are driven to bring the news to the public, whether that means standing out in a storm, going to a war zone, or covering a Trump rally.
