It is mostly because that is where a lot of the crude comes from and
also the easy access to tanker ports. In addition to that there is
also a lot of plastic manufacturing going on in the area using the
tailings from the gasoline and diesel production. Harry would point
out it is a low wage area but I am not sure that is really true in the
oil business.


The idiot made a dumb statement and is now trying really hard to spin
