Default This should help education!

"In 2013-14, only 48 percent of aspiring black teachers and 56 percent of prospective Hispanic
educators passed, compared to 75 percent of white candidates, the website Chalkbeat reported in
February."

So how do you solve the problem? Do away with the test!

It appears that hispanics are more literate than blacks.

....or the test comes in English and Spanish. You just have to push '1' to get Spanish.

The ironic thing is hispanics beat blacks in just about every category
in spite of the fact that a large percentage of them came here with
virtually no access to education in their native country, they were
functionally illiterate, they did not speak English and they got here
with what they could carry on their backs.
OTOH the black people were generally born here, they had access to
education, although a good percentage did not take advantage of it,
they had access to numerous assistance programs and they got special
preference just about everywhere they went.

The biggest obvious difference in input is "la Familia" but the
difference in outcome is striking.

Racist. Surprised Harry hasn't jumped all over you for that. Damn, that's worse than saying Chicago
has a killing problem.

with.
