I think it is funny that the Republicans keep bringing us the worst of
the worst, and the Palins certainly figure into that category. And so do
the GOPer 2016 wannabes.

I'm watching Donald Trump's "news conference" right now. What an
arrogant asshole he is. And the guy who just pulled ahead of him in the
polls, Ben Carson? There's just nothing there in terms of knowledge of
any political, societal, or diplomatic subject.

Is it going to be Rubio? Cruz?

Hehehe.

Oh, wait...the GOP will be saved by the Libertarian candidate, as soon
as the Libertarians can find someone...anyone...who would get more than
1% of the vote.

I heard a plausible explanation for Carson's candidacy yesterday.
Forgot who it was but the point was that Carson is using the GOP
nomination process for other reasons unrelated to becoming POTUS.
He knows he'll never be elected. He's setting himself up for making
big bucks later, writing books, giving speeches and commenting on varies
issues as if he is an expert.

He may be positioning himself for Surgeon General.
I agree it is clear that most of the people "running for president"
probably have another agenda.
If nothing else, their books will sell better and that is not
"nothing".

Harry likes to tell us how dumb Sarah Palin is but she parlayed a
$125,000 a year governor gig into millions a year with a few months of
national politics and I imagine most of her family is way up in the 6
digits now too when you look at the TV and book deals.

It does beg the question, "why is Hillary running"?
I am sure she is looking at the big pay day on the other side, win or
not. The Clintons seldom do anything that does not make them money.

They have gone from "flat broke" to an estimated $120 million in 15
years. Not bad ... and she wants to run as a "person of the people".
How stupid are democrats?

I think Hillary is running for one reason and one reason only.
Both she and Bill want her to go down in history as the first
female POTUS. Simple as that.

No need for that...just watch replays of Trump's "presser" today.

I suspect the reason(s) are just a tad more complex but, then, I'm not a

We've been watching replays of you for over 15 years and it appears
that you've got it down better than Trump, though there are certainly
some similarities.

If you want a good definition of arrogant, just take a long hard look at the current occupant at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

If you are reading Bristol Palin's blog, you are desperately looking
for a life. Most of us didn't know or even care that she had a blog.

What a miserable existence you lead. Maybe we should start a "go fund
me" to buy you a life.

Of course the post harold pasted wasn't even smart enough to get the state it happened in right... it wasn't Virginia,

No, I am not reading Bristol's blog. Apparently the satire in the
article I partially posted went over your head. As usual.

I didn't see much satire there. It sounded more like a hit piece
against someone you don't like and you are perpetuating it.

As for the gangsta girl, I blame that on the school officials. If this
could have been settled peacefully they should have done it with their
people.
They called the cops
When you call a cop with a criminal complaint, you get a cop and
someone is going off in cuffs. It can be easy or it can be hard. She
chose hard.

Neither Hillary Clinton nor Bernie Sanders nor Martin O'Malley would
consider Ben Carson for surgeon general, so, of course, you are kidding.

They might be passing up a qualified candidate but I suppose they will
do like Clinton and nominate a bunch of unqualified people until they
get lucky and one gets confirmed.

I'm not impressed by Palin's ability to suck dollars out of the
Republican base. Earnings seems to be your only real criteria, and it's
not much of one.

Why not? She is successful in the media, her original profession and
it just ****es you off.

BUT I bet more people read Bristol's blog than read your Facebook
scribbles and she makes money at it.

If you were so opposed to money, you would not be working at your age,
you would be volunteering.

Why is Hillary running? To be POTUS.

I keep forgetting...who is the libertarian candidate for POTUS you are
supporting that might get more than 1% of the vote?

Have you seen me endorse anyone, including the unnamed Libertarian?

and you didn't answer the question

If she wins Bill is going to have to retire and separate himself from
the CGI. (maybe Chelsea too) I bet he is not excited about that.

If not, I see endless investigations and general gridlock in their
future.

Perfect surgeon general for the GOP - an anti-choice, anti-evolution,
science-denying bible thumper. Just perfect.

I do do volunteer work and have for decades. I work and get paid for it
because I can and because I enjoy the work for pay I do.
