The article claims the the reason Asian Carp isn't popular is because of the name. "Asian carp" is aw nice species. However, if it's known as "Silverfin" that's different.
In a town 40 miles from me a seafood market makes a fried fish sandwich using Silverfin and I've heard it's pretty tasty. Next week I'll be going through there and try it. |
