Always shoot to kill. There is no other valid reason to shoot
someone, and it's always better to have your undisputed version on the
record. Your potential for future liability is lower also. Warning
shots are considered a crime just about everywhere, shooting and
missing, not so much.

Gosh, foad, what have I said that makes you think I couldn't hit a person standing across the room?
As long as I can hit a cantaloupe at a dozen yards, I'll be OK.

I'm sure not the one doing the bragging about out shooting all the cops at the shooting range! I
doubt if I'll ever be half as good a shot as you say you are.
