I have it on good authority that you were recently seen in a Walmart
parking lot.

Be careful, they are everywhere and you know it.

I wonder what "the weapon" was. I notice they avoided saying "gun".

Is this another cop shooting someone reaching for his wallet?

One of the reports mentioned a baseball bat.

Is that deadlier than a bag of skittles or a rap song played too
loud?

The skittles really had nothing to do with anything. The fact that
Martin had them was played up by the anti-gun crowd and the
prosecution
in an attempt to paint a certain image of him in people's minds,
including the jury.

The most significant issue is the question of Martin being on top of
Zimmerman, beating his head against the concrete. If true, and
apparently the jury felt it was, that is a cause to feel in imminent
danger of death or of serious bodily harm.

I look at it this way: Did *Martin* have a reasonable fear that *his*
life was in danger when he encountered Zimmerman? It matters not
what
you think of Zimmerman, his stalking of Martin (if he did) or his
following him and challenging why he was there. None of those are
life
threatening activities.

Being punched in the nose, then sat upon while having your head
pounded
against a concrete walkway sounds more like a situation of being in
fear
of death or serious bodily harm to me.

Zimmerman is a violent tempered woman beating punk. He walks around
armed
so he can shoot people with whom he starts fights.

For how many years has Zimmerman owned and carried a gun?
How many people has he shot?

The answers define whether your accusation that he walks around armed so
he can shoot people with whom he starts fights is accurate or not.

Your accusation of him being a woman beating punk also has never been
proven.

The punk has gotten into bar fights, several women have had
"altercations" with him, abuse charges have been threatened and I think
withdrawn twice, he shot a kid dead... He's a hot-headed punk. One of
these days he is going to start something with the wrong guy, he'll be
disarmed, and he'll have the living crap beat out of him.

I agree that he seems to be hot headed and I am not defending his
personality. All I am saying is (and as the evidence in the trial
indicated) Zimmerman was justifiably in fear for his life or serious
bodily harm. Nothing else ... his background ... Martin's background
... skittles or no skittles matters. The jury came to the same conclusion.

Zimmerman *claims* he was in fear for his life, and apparently that's
all you need to walk away from a murder charge in Florida. But, hey,
justice will Zimmerman, sooner rather than later.

A bag of Skittles, right?

If they were black Crump would be saying they were on their way home
from softball practice and their car broke down.
Nobody including me cares that some white trash guy was shot and I
wouldn't even care if they shot the crack whore girl friend in the
back of the head as she was driving away but I would like fairness.

Sorry, but obviously I don't follow these cases as closely as you do.
You know their names?

Given that the incident occurred in your back yard, I'd suggest you are pretending your ignorance.
But that wouldn't be the first time, eh?

I wasn't even aware of the incident until I read about it here. I don't
get the local newspaper, and I rarely read the Metro section of the
Washington Post. And wasn't the shooting about a year ago?

You, on the other hand, are still in denial about the MS-13 gang
activity in your immediate area, a lot closer than the shooting you
referenced is to where we are. The shooting wasn't in my backyard or
even close to it. It was on the other side of Route 4 and then at least
a couple of miles towards the Pax River.

The real news around here is in trying to find out why in the last month
two cars driving on the road immediately outside the subdivision
ran off the road and into a drainage ditch in front of the brick
subdivision entrance sign.

Denial? You've inspired so much fear in my bones that I've actually bought firearms for protection!

Tell me, you who doesn't read the metro section. Where do you get all your news about the 'MS-!3'
gang activity in my area? I live here, and I don't hear about it. You've been my only source.

foad, you wouldn't be bull****ting the troops again, would you?

I know, it's hard to weave a web and keep it untangled.

If I were as snarly towards non-whites, gays, and Latinos as you are, I
wouldn't leave your house unheeled, either. It's a tiny bit of fun
watching you trying to wiggle yourself off the racist hook. Keep on
keeping on.

Is it another 'story'?

And, BTW, you left off homophobic, Mexican-hating, women-raping, and baby-killing. If you're trying
to convince all here what a 'bad' person I am, don't be leaving **** out!!

You've posted any number of anti-woman jokes here, so perhaps we should
add misogynist to your list of negative attributes. And you plan on
giving a child a firearm. Hmmm.
