I saw it and it is clear this cop knows how to testify. I did wonder
how his Walther suddenly became a Glock. Was he carrying 2 guns?

He did seem to be trying to justify shooting at a fleeing vehicle.

Yes, he had 2 guns. If you read his account, he emptied the Glock and
then retrieved his Walther from a closet or someplace nearby.
