Yup, New Orleans was in good hands during Katrina.

I was down there with Habitat For Humanity after Katrina. Nagin was
running for reelection. People in NO commented what was he to do, and
know. He had only been mayor for a couple years. I just shook my head,
and walked away. Can not debate with stupid.
