The law obviously lowers the standard of the concept of self-defense. Harry, I think your just plain hung up on Zmmerman and Palin. Thats all. Remember that cute little thing in high school that would never let you score? See any resemblance between that scenario and the Harry/Palin thing. I've never seen anyone so hung up on a good-looking female in my life. I've never thought Sarah Palin was good looking. Who do you know personally, that you consider good looking? He knows me. OK You and who else? What was the sex of that alligator in the road? I can see how that would affect what you did on your motorcycle as you approached it! |

The law obviously lowers the standard of the concept of self-defense. What excuse do they use in Chicago and Detroit? If you think the law lowers the burden of imminent threat you are just another low information liberal, knee jerking over something you heard on MSNBC. It is very apparent that you never took any of the Florida CCW classes. Did they even have an education requirement for that CCW you have? You still don't get it. I'm not talking about *the law* I am talking about what the concept of "Stand Your Ground" apparently does to the mindset of low intelligence gun carriers. It apparently plants the idea in their skulls that they can shoot their way out of simple disagreements or even a fist fight they might have started. Oh, and taking CCW classes is a guarantee only that someone yawned their way through a CCW class. I've taken three of them. There's nothing in those classes that keeps a low intelligence hothead from skinning his firearm if he gets "upset." Like, you know, loud music coming from a car with some black teenagers in it. You should have been a psychologist. Then all this talk of 'mindset of low intelligence gun carriers' would have a lot more weight. Just remember, it took you three tries to pass what just about any low intelligence gun carrier can get through with one shot - or none if you're retired military or police. |
