We're headed for a major societal restructuring in this country, one in which the lower income and disenfranchised middle income groups move us towards European socialism because, simply, this no longer is a land of opportunity for most of those who want to climb up the ladder. Either we have that restructuring peaceably or rich guys will find their heads on pikes. You are so sick. I don't see that happening for at least one or two more liberal regimes. Even then there will be such dependence on the government by so many that it will be very tough for a Republican to be elected, unless his plank is to give away the farm.
