HUGE difference. Developing and prototyping a Military Fighter is
nothing like writing a simple database... especially when you consider
most if not all of the code is out there already, just needs to be
compiled... A very dedicated high school student could probably write
the site as a senior project in a couple semesters....

high school designed and programmed them.

How do we know that Harry Krause could do any better than a junior high
school designer/programmer?

It's not a point of who can do better, it's a point of Scotty bragging
that he can take a huge undertaking like the healthcare website and in a
week and $10k have it fully functional. If you look at their
"professional" page, it looks like it's one of those done from a
template website!

These days, probably not as well. Kids these days never seem to come

Because the Democrats want that jobs program also. Most of the military
does not want the fighter.

cost overruns they can bill and military officers have billets. The
money would better be spent on building roads, bridges, electrical
grids, sewage systems in this country.

The money would be better not spent on Federal government programs. Why
should Federal money be used for mostly local and state projects?
