have been perfectly valid reasons for refusing them service such as
loud, disruptive or beligerant behavior. It is inappropriate to play
the race card without knowing the facts.


Without reservations, making seating arrangements for a group of 25
during a busy time could disrupt a small restaurant's operation for the
entire period. Not to mention the loss of revenue while attempting to
rearrange the dining room to accommodate a party of 25.
