I have had sting ray a few times. It is a lot like shark. I am not
sure how much breading and ketchup it would take to trick you into
thinking it was a bad scollop.


I think like shark, it may be the variety of ray. Some shark can never be
made edible, while others are very good. Blue Shark can not be made
edible. Too much ammonia in the flesh. Urinates via the skin. While Mako
and Thresher are sold commercially for food.
