Took the neighbor kid and his buddy shark fishing in SF Bay Wednesday.
Couple drifts for halibut with no lusk, but main part of the trip was shark
and ray fishing. They both landed a couple rays, none very big. Largest
14#. A lot of Smoothound sharks and one 3' leopard shark. Leopard shark
in McCovey Cove by AT&T Park. The Americas Cup boats were practicing off
SF, but the bay was sloppy, so did not go watch. Did have the Oracle boat
come by being towed back to the docks. Should have taken them salmon
fishing. Ocean was calmer, and the salmon have finally come in off Pillar
Point.
