But it turns out it's not really necessary and can actually be more risky. I got food poisoning last year from a pre-cooked chicken dish that I apparently didn't reheat hot enough. Worse 8 hours of my life, I thought at the time. Thought I was going to upchuck all my internals and then die. There now. Go enjoy your chicken or turkey. :-) |
