She gets around it with the "threaded barrel" language.
This is from the text of the bill

‘‘(47) The term ‘threaded barrel’ means a feature or
*characteristic that is designed in such a manner to allow
for the attachment of a device such as a firearm silencer
or a flash suppressor.

That could also limit shotguns that were designed with a 'poly-choke'
-
Because the barrel is threaded, you unscrew the 'choke' and can screw
something else back on...

It is just to make a big splash. The list seems to be based on
cosmetics more than function.
The effect of these things seems to be to sell more guns to people
with no particular use for them so it is definitely a failed policy.

She gets most of her money from lawyers. (over $3 million since 1998)
but we don't know who they represent. Probably more than a few work
for "ring of fire" pistol companies in California who make cheap
handguns that avoided the list.

"Ring of fire" Ah! the notorious Raven .25. One of the original
Saturday Night Specials, along with their sister companies.

Hey. $60 bucks for a pistol?

I was gifted one of these years ago. Beautiful little kit with
accessories and stuff. A farmer bud of mine was gonna' shoot it with me
but after talking with him for a while, I just gave it to him to keep in
his garage/barn.

Never fired it, I hear he fires here and there for fun at the farm.

I really do not feel like digging through a couple hundred Trayvon
Martin posts for quotes but it is encouraging that now you agree
Trayvon did present a credible threat of bodily harm. We are making
progress.

Right....

humans weren't capable of causing bodily harm, that is a lie, and I
asked him to "show me", now how is that "tap dancing", Racist John?

'Name-calling'...the liberals' answer to a lost argument!

Could have been a lot worse for poor Zimmerman if he didn't happen to
have his trusty Kel Tec 9mm close at hand.

I think...if I were lying on the sidewalk getting my head pounded thereon like he did, I'd be very
tempted to shoot the asshole doing the pounding regardless of his clothes and race.

Please prove that that's the way that it all happened.
