A suppressor is an NFA device, regulated exactly the same way as a M2
.50 cal or a 20mm anti tank gun.

Not counting grenades and LAWS rockets and the like. However it is
legal to own a bolt OR *semi-auto *.50 cal with an FOID card in
Illinois.

Great for hunting deer...

Might be, I've never tried it.

Well, if that doesn't work, get yourself an RPG. Hunting ought to be
renamed for what it is...animal slaughter. It's the same as cattle
slaughter.

And combining corn, soybeans, milo and canola is "grain slaughter?"

ummmmmmm... hamburger...

And bacon.....

uh-huh! *Just had a slab of it on my cheeseburger yesterday! *A 1/2
lb. bacon cheeseburger (loaded) on toasted sourdough bun (Cracker
Barrel.

Just about the only thing on their menu I can tolerate.

Works pretty good!

Uh, Tim, we're not forgetting all the work we did to lose that weight, are we?

But, that half pounder sure sounds good!

'Name-calling'...the liberals' answer to a lost argument!

You know you live in a Country run by idiots if... You have to have your
parents signature to go on a school field trip but not to get an abortion.

John, I live on tuna fish green beans and peas. I call it a seaweed
diet. But sooner or later I have to have a gut buster. And usually I
feel better about it.

Amen. Tonight we're doing pancakes at IHOP 'cause it's Shrove Tuesday. Usually I fix pancakes at the
church, which nets about $500. This year the big stove didn't pass the fire marshall's inspection,
so no pancakes for the congregation.

And...Golf was good today!

Are you going to confess your sins, seek absolution and do penance, or
just eat?

Are you a vegetarian?

No. But I don't consider hunting a "sport," or hunters "sportsmen."
It's
simply slaughtering mammals for consumption in a different way than it
usually is done in the meatpacking industry. There's very little skill
involved in looking through the scope of a rifle, pulling the trigger
and killing a deer. I've seen it done several times by guys who can
barely tie their shoes.

Same with treading a worm on a hook.

It takes a real sportsman to catch a fish wear it out, then turn it
loose to die. eh?

Gave up fishing. Never hunted.

Gave up boating and paying taxes, too!

I made my wife some veggie soup and I had leftovers because we were
out on the boat until sunset.
Low 80s and sunny

We had low 50's and sunny. Great weather for walking five miles chasing a ball.

Perhaps Herring the Bigot...

1. will grace us with a list of the states in which a girl under 18 can
get an abortion without her parents' permission, and an accounting of
the number of such abortions performed under such circumstances in those
states.

2. will let us know why he gives a ****, one way or the other, since it
is apparent from his many years of nasty posts here that his objections
have nothing to do with religious beliefs.

I don't think there is anything more to Herring's belief than the desire
to "punish" young girls who have sex by forcing them to give birth if
they get pregnant. It's just another way for right-wingers to try to
control women.

We had some Yellowtail and then a banana split at home. Been fighting a
real bad cold for a couple days. 30's in the morning and 70 late in day.
Probably not get the boat out before we leave for South Africa.
