A suppressor is an NFA device, regulated exactly the same way as a M2
.50 cal or a 20mm anti tank gun.

Not counting grenades and LAWS rockets and the like. However it is
legal to own a bolt OR *semi-auto *.50 cal with an FOID card in
Illinois.

Great for hunting deer...

Might be, I've never tried it.

Well, if that doesn't work, get yourself an RPG. Hunting ought to be
renamed for what it is...animal slaughter. It's the same as cattle
slaughter.

And combining corn, soybeans, milo and canola is "grain slaughter?"

If you could hear them cry..... snerk

Is running a combine to harvest your crops considered a "sport" where
you live?

Are the slaughterhouses where your beef, pork and chicken come from
considered "sport"?

Yup, it is about the same except you are killing your own food instead
of paying a hit man.

And actually, better for the environment. Those cattle, pig and chicken
factories are awful.

I can tolerate a vegetarian in canvass shoes and a cardboard belt
chastising people about hunting but don't do it with steak on your
breath. ;-)

Bingo! I have NO problem with hunters who eat what they kill.

No. But I don't consider hunting a "sport," or hunters "sportsmen." It's
simply slaughtering mammals for consumption in a different way than it
usually is done in the meatpacking industry. There's very little skill
involved in looking through the scope of a rifle, pulling the trigger
and killing a deer. I've seen it done several times by guys who can
barely tie their shoes.

Now, if you "hunt" with a still or video camera, and manage to get
really close and personal with an animal, that is a sport that usually
takes a great deal of skill to produce results.

And I no longer think fishing is a "sport," either. Isn't evolution of
thought wonderful?

LOL!

That's what the beer brewers do...slaughter grain.
